Rose Hut sits on a deck looking straight out over our lake – hand-built by British craftsmen, with a hot tub that heats at the flick of a switch, so you can be in the water within twenty minutes of arriving. It’s one of the most booked stays on the farm, for good reason.
What’s included
A private heated bathroom, your own garden and decking over the water, and an exclusive hot tub that’s yours for the whole stay – no shared sessions, no sign-up sheet. Inside there’s a day bed and bunk beds, so it comfortably sleeps two adults and two children, though just as many guests book it as a couple’s weekend and never touch the bunks.
You’re eleven minutes from Chilham and the Kent Downs vineyards, with Kings Wood on the doorstep for a walk before you get in. Dogs are welcome on request.
